Underground drainage system in the parking, paddocks and 300' outdoor arena with all weather footing.  Rounded steel pipe fencing for paddocks, and pastures and entire property for safety and security.

200x80 completely enclosed indoor arena with new non-slip horse footing.

12x12 matted stalls. Each stall has its own window for light and fresh air. Automatic waters.

Board Rate: $350.00  includes turnout

Pasture or self-care, you provide all work (except morning feeding) and supplies $180.00

weekends-day rate-vacation $25.00 per day

Pasture or partial care board from May or June (weather depending) - October 150.00-250.00
